Save the Date!

It’s easy to reserve TOP for your special day. Just follow the steps outlined below. We will keep in touch with you throughout your reservation process to keep you updated on next steps.

Step 1: Check the calendar and make sure that the dates you want are available.

Step 2: Read the TOP Regulations for Group Use.

Step 3: Fill out this TOP Reservation Form (Group User Form)

Step 4: Sign the Indemnification Form, scan and email to: info@topofthepines.org

Step 5: Request a Certificate of Liability Insurance (for 1 million in coverage) from your insurance company. Please name County of Ouray, Ouray County and TOP, Inc. 1035 Highland Drive, Ridgway, Colorado as Additional Insured Parties. Scan and email to:  info@topofthepines.org. (This step does not need to happen right away, but is an important part of your reservation.)

Step 6: Check the reservation fees below and make a secure payment through Paypal. YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT.

 

Reservation Fees:       

Note: All reservations include the exclusive use of the meadow, the pavilion, pavilion deck and the campground area.

One day (8 am – 6 pm): $750 +$200 refundable security and cleaning deposit

Two days and one night (12:00 noon – 12:00 noon): $1,000 +$200 refundable security and cleaning deposit

Three days and two nights (12:00 noon – 12:00 noon) : $1500 +$200 refundable security and cleaning deposit




Clean Up:

Please be sure that all areas are left as you found them. Damages and cleanup fees are billed at the rate of $50 per hour plus materials.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations canceled 90 days prior to date of arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit full payment.
