Save the Date!

Step 1: Check the calendar and make sure that the dates you want are available!

Step 2: Read the TOP Regulations for Group Use.

Step 3: Fill out this TOP Reservation Form (Group User Form)

Step 4: Sign the Indemnification Form, scan and email to: wendy@topofthepines.org

Step 5: Request a Certificate of Liability Insurance (for 1 million in coverage) from your insurance company. Please name County of Ouray, Ouray County and TOP, Inc. 1035 Highland Drive, Ridgway, Colorado as Additional Insured Parties. Email to:  wendy@topofthepines.org.

Step 6: Submit a credit card authorization as a security deposit.

Step 7: Check the reservation fees below and make a secure payment through Paypal.

Reservation Fees:       

Note: All reservations include the exclusive use of the meadow, the pavilion deck and the campground area

One day (8 am – 6 pm): $750

Two days and one night (12:00 noon – 12:00 noon): $1,000

Three days and two nights (12:00 noon – 12:00 noon) : $1500




Clean Up:

Please be sure that all areas are left as you found them! Damages and cleanup fees are billed at the rate of $50 per hour plus materials.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations canceled 90 days prior to date of arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit full payment.
