Mission & Goals
Top of the Pine’s (TOP) mission is to provide a majestic, natural setting that offers public and private organizations an educational facility with rustic outdoor recreational opportunities, while preserving the land for open space and wildlife habitat. Our goals towards supporting that mission include:
- Support outdoor education and environmentally-based learning programs.
- Create a facility that retains a rustic feel and is a model of sustainable and responsible building construction and land use.
- inspire and educate users to the value of their natural surroundings and open space.
- Support outdoor education and environmentally-based learning programs.
- Establish an outdoor community facility accessible to users of all ages and for multiple purposes including winter cross-country skiing, summer camps, outdoor retreats, youth environmental education, artist workshops, and weddings.
